At Lucia Sofia, payments are processed through Shopify platform payment gateways. Below you’ll find the accepted methods and how payment works.

How payment works
When you place your order, you are redirected to Shopify’s payment environment, where you can choose your preferred method. The amount is charged when you place the order. You’ll then receive a confirmation email with your order number and transaction summary.
Payment details are transmitted in encrypted form and processed by the payment provider. Lucia Sofia does not store or have access to your full card details.
Currency and taxes
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping to Italy is free, so no shipping costs are added to your cart total.
Payment issues
If your payment doesn’t go through, check the details you entered and try again, or choose another method. If the problem persists, email us at info@luciasofia.it and include your order number, if available: we reply within 24 hours on business days.
