Lucia Sofia is an online store dedicated to women’s shoes and bags. We select sandals, pumps, loafers, ballet flats, sneakers, boots, and bags chosen for their designs and how easily they pair with everyday clothing.

How we work

We select each item based on its shape, the materials specified by the manufacturer, and the available sizes, and list this information on the product page as provided to us. Shoe sizes are listed using the European sizing system. If a detail has not been confirmed, we don’t include it: we prefer a shorter product description to a promise we can’t verify.

Our selection

Our catalog is organized by type of shoe and bag: sandals, slides and mules, pumps and slingbacks, loafers and ballet flats, sneakers, boots and ankle boots, handbags, shoulder bags, crossbody bags, and shoppers. This makes it easy to find the style you’re looking for in just a few steps, from the simplest designs to those with decorative details.

Shipping and customer support

We ship exclusively within Italy with Poste Italiane, and shipping is free with no minimum order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery generally takes 5–12 business days, for a total of 6–15 business days. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return under the terms set out in the Return Policy.

Our customer service team responds to info@luciasofia.it within 24 hours on business days. You can reach us Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 16:00 (Italian time).
